*We would appreciate it if you could confirm the notes on the payment slip enclosed in the leave of absence/reenrollment permission notice before making the tuition payment accompanied by changing in your student status such as leave of absence or reenrollment etc.
Ritsumeikan University Tuition Portal
The Ritsumeikan University Tuition Portal is a website for completing direct debit procedures for tuition and fees, making payments, and viewing tuition-related information.You can view tuition information only for the current academic year on this portal.
This system is available only to regular students enrolled at Ritsumeikan. Access is limited to the period of enrollment, and the site will no longer be available after graduation or completion of studies.
*Note: Non-regular students are not eligible to use this system.
What to Prepare
Student ID number: (11 digits), payer code (17 digits)
The payer code will be provided separately by Ritsumeikan University.

The personal information in question will be used only for applications for direct debit registration, payment of tuition and fees, and inquiries regarding tuition information for Ritsumeikan University, and it will not be used for any other purpose.

Article 2: Disclaimer
The Ritsumeikan Trust and F-REGI Co., Ltd. shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for failed delivery, incorrect delivery, rejection, or any other issues related to email transmission resulting from incorrect email address entry, garbled text, or other defects in the entered information.
The Ritsumeikan Trust and F-REGI Co., Ltd. shall also bear no responsibility whatsoever in the event that this system cannot be used due to natural disasters, civil disturbances, power outages, telephone line failures, or any other force majeure event.
Article 3: Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are prohibited when using this system:
- Logging in on behalf of another person to view information without that person's consent
- Actions that improperly interfere with the operation of this service and cause or may potentially cause disadvantage to the university
- Actions that infringe or may potentially infringe upon the rights of or cause damage to other users or third parties
- Actions that violate or may potentially violate public order and morals or applicable laws and regulations
