Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, fill in your email address, check the box "I agree to the above terms and conditions" and click on the "Send Application Form Email".
1. Operator of the Application System for Certificate

2. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted.
The credit card holder must be the same as the applicant or a family member.
VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and DinersClub |
3. Service Fee
The following Service Fee will apply for each transaction.

4. Maximum Number Issued
The maximum number of certificates for one request via online application system is 20. If you need more than 21 Certificates, please apply again. Please note that Service Fee will apply for each transaction.
5. Postage
(1) Domestic Postal Mail
Express Mail: +260 Yen (added to the basic rate) |

6. Mailing Address
You can specify only one place as your mailing address whenever you apply via online application system.
If you have several mailing addresses, you need to apply each mailing address. Please note that Service Fee will apply for each transaction.
7. Handling of Personal Information
The information collected here will only be used for purposes of issuing certificates at Rikkyo University and will not be used in any other way.

8. System Errors
F-REGI Co., Ltd. will not be liable for undelivery, misdelivery, late delivery, rejected delivery,or any other mistake in delivery of emails due to the user's failure to input the correct email address, use of undecipherable text or any other mistake.
F-REGI Co., Ltd. will not be liable for the failure of the system due to natural disasters, incidents, power outages, bad telephone circuitry, or other unavoidable circumstances.
9. Cancel
Once request is processed, Certificate Fees, Postage and Service Fees will not be refunded under any circumstance.
